− I was not pleased with the valet service. It took forever to get my vehicle.

− This hotel is definitely understaffed. The staff members were very kind and did a great job to help where they could, but there were times where they were so clearly understaffed that there was no one at the front desk for a good 15 minutes while we were trying to check in and figure out the valet situation.
