8.0היינו בבניין החדש. החדר מרווח מאוד כולל מטבחון.. מעוצב יפה. עם סלון וחדר שינה שאינם מופרדים בדלת . מרפסת גדולה. לקחנו נוף לים. ארוחת בוקר סבירה לחו"ל. בריכה נראית מצוינת לא נכנסנו.
− היינו באגף החדש יותר. בחדר אין חציצה והפרדה בין המקלחת לחדר השינה. כשאתה עם ילד /שלושה תמיד השניים האחרים צריכים להיות. בסלון או במרפסת כדי לתת פרטיות למי שמתקלח /מתלבש. הצוות ענה על השאלות שהיו לנו אך היה רחוק מלתת שירות וחוויית שירות אמיתית לאורח. שום תחושה של רצון לתת ולעזור מעבר. היו כמה דברים קטנים ואחד מרכזי שהתאספו לכדי חוויה לא טובה חייבת לציין שאחרי שיחה עם מי שאחראי (ביום האחרון) הם היו קצת יותר לבביים, נתנו דעתם על מסלול כלשהו שחשבנו לעשות ופתרו סוגייה שיכלו לפתור לפני ולמנוע חוויית תסכול קלה
