A comfortable hotel unlike the boring chains
8.0Great location with easy walking into the centre of Guildford; very helpful staff and a very comfortable bed.
− I had a heavy bag so the lack of lift and quite a lot of stairs to the top floor (third floor) might be a challenge from some. The car park is very tight.
No lift to carry suitcase up 2 flights, bathroom tiny, door didn’t work properly, tap just kept sputtering with zero pre
