− Wenn man ganz genau ist sind die Tapeten runter gegangen aber nicht schlimm es ist wirklich ein sehr edles feines Hotel

Vhodný hotel aj na viacdenné pobyty a deťmi.
9.0Hotel sa nachádzal v centre Klagenfurtu v blízkosti autobusového nádražia a mal výborné spojenie s hlavnou železničnou stanicou, jazerom a turistickými atrakciami (minimundus, ZOO plazov). Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké, ale veľmi pestré, každý si mohol vybrať. Apartmán bol priestranný, vzorne pripravený a udržiavaný v čistote. Bol umiestnený tak, že zvonka neprichádzali žiadne rušivé zvuky. Neboli v ňom komáre.
− V apartmáne vo 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli očakáva klient bidet, ktorý tam ale nebol. Osvetlenie v obývacej izbe by malo byť intenzívnejšie. Teplá voda ytiekla iba v kúpeľni, dokonca aj v kuchynskom drese tiekla iba studená voda.
