4.0We booked a deluxe room with a hill view and was given a room that was facing a garden, no hill at all. I spoke to the lady at the desk in the morning insisted it was the right room when it was not. We checked in very late due to some accident on the road and the hotel assured us it’s still ok to come. We decided to still go and looking forward to the view when we wake up but instead were looking at the wall and ground of the building. We paid for what we booked and should have received it no matter what the time. The lady said well it was very late and that was the only room available! It doesn’t make sense.

10.0Clean, spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Staff was very accommodating. I arrived before check in and was allowed to check in early. Had a few restaurants around. Be careful - cobblestone roads.
