− Stanza angusta e con un odore cattivo, arredamento datato, unica finestra rotta e aria condizionata guasta a fine luglio!! Personale davvero scortese e per niente professionale. Abbiamo chiesto se potevano spostarci in altra loro struttura dato che non eravamo stati avvisati per tempo del guasto dell'aria condizionata ma si sono limitati a dirci che potevano rimborsarci e di cercarci altro posto nonostante 2 minori di cui 1 disabile. Zero collaborazione ma soprattutto zero cortesia e professionalità. Mai più in un hotel della loro catena!!!
