6.0Property looked old, lots of on going construction, nothing around to walk to. Neighborhood appeared to be unsafe.

4.0We arrived at the hotel to find it was practically empty with no pool, no gym, etc. due to renovations. I’m disappointed that hotels.com doesn’t inform their customers of such situations. We could have stayed elsewhere through Hotels, if we had known.

4.0Mattresses were really hard, I woke up with back pain: Pool was closed. Toilet would run for awhile after flushing. Wooden drawers had mold.

4.0Pool & hot tub not working. If we would have know this we would have booked somewhere else. Beds hard as a rock. Everything felt like it was falling apart. No walk in shower in mobility room.
