Perfect location and room was clean and quiet.
9.0Staff at front desk super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Was quiet where we were. Coffee available in the morning.

− Room was not clean. Multiple places in the bathroom had hair left. Very poor value.

6.0it was a quiet room, and clean, good a/c.
− There was no breakfast. i had coffee and some juice. I did not have a coffee maker in my room. I didn't realize I was going to have a shower shall instead of a bathtub. i really wanted to take a bath. An employee walked by me while I was struggling to get my suitcase up the stairs and didn't even offer to help. Just smiled at me and kept going. I'm sixty, I could have used help.
