10.0The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is good and there is security at the entrance
− The windows were slightly old, and so we could hear music from the street below. The laundry was slightly expensive and ended up delayed, but in general we found the staff very accommodating when we asked for it to be returned as soon as possible.

− El desayuno podría ser más variado…. Me pareció de poco gusto que cobraran en 13.000 pesos una botella con agua genérica de marca propia del mini bar. Usualmente los hoteles ponen botella de agua de cortesía.
