Great for families but can improve
8.0Good size of a room for family. Wish were cleaned everyday. We had to ask for fresh towels frequently. TV s are not smart and this is old fashioned for these days.

A Perfect Stay from Start to Finish
10.0I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Mount Laurel for two nights and I was thoroughly impressed. I've stayed there before and have come to expect this. Check-in process was efficient and front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Connor was particularly helpful and welcoming. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area
What is up with your signage!?
10.0Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! Our problem was the signage at the entrance to the hotel. We arrived late...close to midnight. The hotel is tucked far back from the road, so when tracking ended and told us we were at the hotel but we could not see it. We drove around for close to an hour until we found it. As we were leaving the next day we saw the sign for the hotel. When you are driving around in the dark and the sign is not lite up, it can become pretty frustrating. Could you please put some bells and whistles on the sign? I wonder if we were the only folks who had problems finding the sign/place?
