Colonial-Style Resort with a Relaxing Vibe

I stayed here for 2 nights and the resort is huge. It features one of the largest swimming pools in Thailand. The property has a colonial-style vibe, which adds to its charm. There’s a beach across the hotel with direct access from the resort. A nearby village also has a 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small shops for basic needs. However, you’ll need transportation if you want to go to Ao Nang, as the location is quite secluded. Overall, the vibe of the resort is very relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. During my stay, the pool was quite crowded at times, likely because it’s a popular feature of the resort. All the resort team members were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast at Maya Restaurant was okay, though the selection was somewhat limited.

Fantastic venue and hotel with excellent food with incredible selection. Pool and amenities were great and the staff, particularly Thalia were fantastic . Had a complementary trip to Hong Island and a sunset bike ride. This holiday was part of a 3 centre TUi holiday to Krabi, Khao Lak and Phuket Highly recommend

Fabulous get away!

A fabulous, welcoming resort. Spacious, clean, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is the best- huge at 400m long, with adults only area and fun pool activities for children (and big kids), a swim up bar also and plenty of day beds and loungers. Across the road is the beach which is lovely with views straight out to sea. Island day trip pickup is from here also. In the grounds is a Padel court and golf course. The resort is about 25mns from Ao Nang but there are plenty of Grabs to and from. The day spa is lovely and yoga every morning is available. Our teacher Wee na was excellent. We would definitely return for another visit. Four days passed too quickly.

Beyond expectations

My second time with my family and our first time as platinum member so we did enjoy at the lounge. Deena who was assisting us for check in and her kindness and service go beyond our expectations. She welcoming us with warmth and friendly smile. Also Pepsi, Katy and the rest of the team at club lounge are attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Lots of Room for improvement in this otherwhise nice Hotel

Was mailing weeks upfront that due to two rooms it would be nice to have rooms next to each other -> fail . Not possible. Instead was asked on arrival to pay for an Upgrade to get a Suite for Hosting Four persons. We had our Wedding anniversary day during our stay. The hotel was also informed upfront of this. Got a mail back that this is such a nice Happening and I could Book and Pay for some arrangements. Other Hotels simply would have placed a small little present/kittle gift as a compliment but not here. One of Children was interested in the Mini club activities -> 700 baht per day as extra payment ? Really ? Also other kids activities not all free !!! Did an excursion not organised by the hotel -> needed to pay extra (not a deposit) for taking towels outside the hotel (with some Spots on them so not new if I seemingly pay 100 baht for each which seems like the prize you pay at a Store nearby for a new towel) The Pool was way too warm and didn’t offer any refreshment as outside temperature and water temperature were nearly equal. On the first day in the evening the hotel had a power outage for approximately 30-45 minutes. This also Results in no water (including toilet) Things that are good : The Variety on the breakfast is very good. (Perhaps you can add oat milk to your list) Rooms are clean and well maintained. Nice decoration throughout the hotel with lots of little lovely Details added. Whole Staff is extremely friendly

From the beginning to end, great neat and professional service, the rooms are beautiful, laidback and modern, beds are cotton soft and the bar at the pool is awesome. Their breakfast has so many options and high quality. I did the boat tour and it was every Pennies worth, super friendly staff on board and smooth captain. Christian the manager is such a professional individual, made sure my stay here was a BLAST. Thanks you this place is phenomenal!
