Pas d eau chaude pour se doucher et aucune solution proposee...

− Pas d eau chaude..apres demande au personnel de changer de chambre, n ont pas voulu, le receptioniste me disant qu il etait hors de question car nous y avions dormi. Aptes demande a parler au responsable, il n y en avait pas car parti en congés. Lamentable, je m en référe plus haut..

− Le sol de la chambre et de la salle de bain n’étaient pas propre. Rebord de la fenêtre pas propre avec Insectes et toiles d’araignées

8.0Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Rodez. La rénovation des chambres a été faite avec goût. Quartier calme. Petit déjeuner très sympa et personnel accueillant

5.0Comme la semaine précédente, j'ai aimé la literie confortable et la propreté. Tout avait éte parfait
− Je n'ai pas apprécié ne pas pouvoir prendre de douche le matin...eau glacée. Toutes les autres chambres s'en sont plaintes comme moi à la réception. Le Monsieur nous a dit...à 9h30..., ok je viens de relancer le ballon. Bien oui mais nous on partait tous. Pas le temps de reprendre une douche!!!! Donc pour une étape qui se voulait une pause détente sur un très long trajet...raté. du coup juste pour un lit sans douche, le rappirt qualité/prix n'est pas bon.
