− Our door malfunction and was left stranded in hallway for about 45 minutes to and hour until front desk guy was able to fix. Would have like to be compensated for this.
Would definitely stay again.

8.0Breakfast was always on time and delicious! Clean and beautiful dining area. Loved the large, complimentary shampoo,conditioner, and body wash dispensing bottles in the shower.
− We arrived at our door, which looked as if it had been pried open. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. The air in the room is controlled (possibly by staff?) and it doesn't appear that the AC units are checked in depth because we found snack wrappers in ours, and the air was not cold.
