10.0La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable durante toda la estancia y el recepcionista de la noche nos hizo una explicación detallada del Palacio y nos mostró los salones cerrados al público. La verdad que nos sentimos como en casa. El lugar precioso y la habitación súper amplia. Es un lujo poder quedarse en un sitio con tanta historia detrás.

9.0Risiedere in questa struttura è stato bellissimo. Il palazzo è davvero un gioiello di architettura barocca con richiami allo stile andaluso. Silenziosissimo e pulito; staff gentile.
− Per un hotel di questo livello sarebbe il top migliorare il set di cortesia e corredare le stanze di un bollitore e filtri per tè/caffè e tisane. Inoltre, nella hall sarebbe d'aiuto per i clienti un distributore di acqua e bibite fresche.
