6.0Our second room we got was like new and really great. The setup of the facility woth having everything for entertainment all in one spot was great.
− We had issues with our first room that caused health issues. Beds were uncomfortable. We were told several times that something would be ready in a few minutes or hour and it was several hours later before anyone would get back in touch with us after we called a second time.
O.K. stay.
7.0Close proximity to downtown and access to the water park.
− Wasn't able to get an early check in.....although friends who booked through Booking.com too were able to. Also, the outside hot tub wasn't working at all first. Later they got the jets working but never did get the heater working.....never got warm during our three night stay. The inside hot tub worked but couldn't enjoy the outside.

3.0Location is great love they have the waterpark and pool. Parking was good
− Our rooms air conditioner was leaking water into the room which caused the door to the balcony to not work properly. Maintenance did come up and fix it but the first night we didn’t realize it until late so we had to sleep in a super humid uncomfortable room for a night. There was mild on the ceiling and just overall for the price not worth it.
