The staff was great- but honestly the worst sleep ad it was very damp, and definitely overpriced for such a humid/mu
5.0Flexible check in times
− The rooms were so damp it felt wet. Uncomfortable sleep because the sheets felt wet.
AC was not working and we had a horrible sleep. There was an error on AC. I could change room because hotel was full and
3.0Location
− Needs to be updated, tried to unplug and plug back the AC as it was not working properly and the whole plug in just kinda fell out of the wall. Dangerous if a child would stick their fingers there.
Bad Smells, No AC
2.0I travel extensively This was the last room in the hotel, price was high >$400 and we arrived at 8pm It's a no-smoking hotel but the room had been smoked in. We were offered a different room (that had a different smell, not smoke) It was only after we were settled that we realized that the AC was not working. It was 30 degrees outside and stupidly hot in the room, we had a very poor sleep. In the morning my wife wanted a bath - the tub plug wouldn't hold the water. Insult to injury.
