The kids loved it - great location and excellent food at the restaurant.
7.0The customer service was excellent with helpful staff. Even through the pool wasn't heated due to a fault in the heat pump the staff gave a us a dining voucher to compensate. The restaurant was the highlight with exceptional food - the chef on over the weekend was excellent. We ate all our meals there over the 2 nights.
− The hotel could do with a good deep clean and paint to refresh the standard.

10.0Everything was lovely and clean, the room and view were excellent. The bed was comfy.
− Afraid we both did not like the shower rose - don't like the water coming straight down on top of your head and not on body. One other (trivial?) thing - would have appreciated a knife and spoon in the room, and a tea towel.
