− The clerk didn't let me to have a late check out due to an emergency with my vehicle. I explained him I was stranded with my family on the road and he didn't show any sympathy.

− customer service is very poor water leaking on the floor in the room hole on the walls smoke detector makes noises fridge doesn't work
