Took too long to accommodate my family after not having AC for 2 days

− No AC, Dirty room and bedding.

Do not stay here. Air conditioning was broken and they said it needed a part. No other rooms

− No air conditioning. Room was 82 degrees with air set to cool. No other available rooms so my son had to miss his soccer tournament and we had to check out.
WONT EVER AGAIN
3.0I guess the location, it's directly across the street from the mall, and close to the expressway.
− This trip was booked for our wedding anniversary, and instead of a relaxing celebration, we spent our time dealing with safety concerns, billing issues, and inadequate communication from the front desk. The only staff member who demonstrated genuine care and professionalism was the Bar Manager, Hope, who listened attentively and offered a small gesture of goodwill
Convenient and staff were nice.

− Strong smell of paint in room. Took a day to clear out. Pillows were not comfortable.
