2.0I didn't have a stay. You booked a hotel with no availability. Fraud investigation. You need to release my money. Drove all the way there only to find out they had no rooms and you had put my money on hold. Saying no cancelation. But the room was never booked by the hotel.

2.0The hotel was closed. There is nothing more to say than it is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable to arrive on site and to find out that the hotel is no longer in operation. It was a nightmare trying to find alternate arrangements at almost 10pm at night on a busy holiday weekend. This hotel needs to be removed from the site PERIOD. I will be reporting this fraudulent charge to my credit card company.

− Refrigerator was ticking all night, knob on faucet was broken and off, T.V. Did not work, Ice Machine was broken on a holiday and they said they charge any way. And the manager claimed he need a deposit when we got here, and on web site it asked time of check in we would need and we put 1-1:30 because of being out of state traveling he made me pay $20.00 extra for this horrifing place! Then was yelled at me when my daughter said something to him.
