2.0I will never stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again. The level of filth throughout the entire property was absolutely unacceptable. Upon walking into the lobby, my shoes were literally sticking to the tile floors.The common areas and room furniture were broken down and covered in massive stains. The door to our room had a huge crack on the inside, which felt like a massive safety hazard.Things got even worse when checking the beds. One of the beds had wrinkled, wadded-up sheets that didn't even fit the mattress properly. Worse, they were stained a disgusting yellow color and covered in stray hairs.To top it all off, the hotel automated system sent me a text message asking how my stay was going. When I replied honestly with these issues, I was completely ignored. No response, no apology, and no fix.Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is neglected and dirty.
