4.0空調が静かで、温度コントールもとても良かった。いっぽう、思った通り、大阪駅（西口）に近かったが、障碍者のカードが提示をできるみどりの窓口には、かなり離れていた。
− 1.フロントでチェックインをしようとしたとき、8Fの受付に誰もいず、すぐ中から出てはきたが、「お持ちしました」という感じではない。エレベーターホールとの電子的連動を工夫すれば済むことである。 2.事前にこの情報は工事されてはいたが、建物外部が工事中とのことで、窓が締め切りで全く開けられなかったが、少し息が詰まった。それを補うサービスの提供もなかった。例：新聞の提供

− Breakfast was a bit expensive but worth it. Maybe they should add more affordable options.
