1.0The location of the property is ok .
− It was hot when you walked in. The room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirty and had a hole in the bathroom wall. It was ridiculous

− I was out in three different rooms the first room tub was dirty, the couch had like cigarette or cigar tobacco on it..I couldn’t see the tv screen , couldn’t adjust the thermostat on the A/C because the knob was broken off…The pillows on the bed was super small..Inside the closet was an Amazon package paper so the rom wasn’t clean all the way…I was put in another room and the tv remote didn’t work and the paint was peeling off in the tub and was put in a third room which I decided to stay in, but there but the carpet had stains in it and the couch look like it had a bleach stain on it…smh Won’t be staying there ever again..Oh yea in the front of the lobby look like the ceiling was leaking and had a big hole in it

7.0I like because the rooms are very clean.
− I don't like because they don't have enough toilet paper tissue in the rooms and not enough towels and racks. They should have a lease set of 2 towels and 2 rags in a room. Nice people. But I need a person to stay at the front desk at all times. And breakfast, I don't like that. They have sausage all the time. Everybody don't eat sausage. I love bacon.
This was a horrible place don’t recommend staying here.

− The AC didn’t work properly, there was an unpleasant smell and a big stain on the sofa in the room. The lawn wasn’t even mowed. I did not stay, ended up getting a refund.
Would not recommend, they need help and I hope they are hiring as soon as possible.

− The list is too long, the couch was filthy, the walls had splatter from a previous guest, the showers were unclean we had to change rooms from the filth and the second room wasn’t better. I travel often and was not expecting a 5 star experience but this was definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
This was my favorite stay in Alabama.
10.0I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice, clean, and big. The location is perfect right in Midtown.
− Everything thing was excellent, but if I just had to knit pick. The pool was closed which was not a big deal at all.
