4.0No breakfast which a Quality Inn usually provides! My microwave did not work. My TV did not work. Clerk said this was one of the renovated rooms! The whirpool spa was closed. The pool was open but kind of cold and nobody else used it.

Run down hotel.
2.0This hotel was completely run down, the room smelled like the people before smoked heavily, smelled highly of cigarettes and the room was non smoking. Didnt offer a different room. The locks did not work, the curtains were falling off the rod, the tiles were loose and broken in the bathroom, the shower rod was falling off the wall. The room had no hot water and the key card kept not working. We had to get our key rest 6 times and only stayed 2nights. Great location but horrible hotel to stay at.
