Very long uncomfortable night
4.0Had a double room had 1 chair for 2 people. If u get the early one has to stay on the bed. Pillows looked fluffy but we're flat. Air conditioner would not go below 72, guess it's their way to save money. Terrible nite for sleeping. Sheets and bathroom were clean. I wouldn't stay there again. You expect better for $185.00

4.0Location right off I 40. Upon checkout a nice young man actually asked how my stay was. That is rare today. I provided my feedback and he apologized and explained there were new owners recently and they were working on improving.
− Not up to Hampton standards. The room, bathroom and breakfast room were not very clean. Went to breakfast when it started and the trash bins were overflowing from the day before. The breakfast food offered was subpar in quality. Hotel needs a refresh.
People make the difference
10.0Last minute booking as I was moving. Good location with clean rooms. The thing that made me want to write this review was the great staff. There was a young lady, Ebony, that met me at the front counter. There is always a level of expectation that employees being professional, but Ebony was more. She was kind and accommodating. She addressed my needs with a great attitude and warmness. These type of interactions is what makes a hotel a cut above others. Thank you, Ebony! Because of you, I will be back.
