9.0住宿地點很好,周圍很熱鬧,貼近祇園祭山鉾展示街道,有很多餐廳跟24hr超市,很方便

温泉とロケーションはいい、子連れには改善希望
6.0部屋がカラフルで可愛かった。今回、子連れで滞在したためトリプルルームを予約したが、夜寝ているときに子供が落ちないよう、ベッドを2つ繋げることができたので、大きなベッドで寝れたのが安心でき良かった。ロケーションも便利で、カフェやレストランも多く、駐車場もあるので車で来ても便利だった。 宿泊者は無料で利用できる温泉やサウナがあり、ラウンジでゆっくりできるのも良かった。ラウンジでは飲み物が無料で、京都の街並みもよく見えた。
− 受付で子供セット(歯ブラシ、スリッパ、身体洗うタオル)はもらったが、予約の際に子供がいることを伝えていたにも関わらず、部屋のベッドに置いてあるパジャマは大人用3つで、子供がきるには大きすぎて困った。スパや温泉に行くときも、私達はパジャマだが、子供はパジャマがないので服を着せたり、寝るときもパジャマ付きと聞いていたのになかったので寝るときかわいそうだった。 温泉があるのは良かったが、温度が暑すぎた。そして、温泉ないの表示が日本語のみの所もいくつかあり、それを読めない海外からの旅行者の方が文化が違う中でルールやマナーの点で困るだろうなと感じた。

− チェックインのレセプションの方の対応が、声が小さかったり、態度も少し不機嫌そうであまり良くなかったです。
