− Nous sommes arrivés à 23 h 15 et aucun préposé n’était au comptoir. Nous avions prévenu l’hôtel de notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons dû attendre une quinzaine de minutes avant son arrivée. Aucun moyen de communiquer avec un responsable de l’hôtel pour savoir ce qu’il se passe. Un peu plus et on croyait devoir quitter l’hôtel pour se chercher chercher une autre chambre. Finalement, le préposé est arrivé. Ce serait bien lorsque la personne doit s’absenter qu’une petite affiche indique de retour dans quelques minutes afin de rassurer les clients.
