Adequate kitchenette; good view from balcony; maintenance issues.

− Our second-floor balcony was above the restaurant (noisy music); you enter the condo through the bedroom; the door handle to the balcony was broken; the toaster didn’t work; laundry is on the second floor and bins of dirty towels and sheets littered the hallways, every day; wall clock battery was dead.

The stay was ok but could have been better.
7.0The location and the view were great. The restaurant on site was good.
− When I arrived at the hotel my room wasn't cleaned and they had to move me to another room. The elevators were dirty and never cleaned. The free parking was good as well.

− The property is a little rundown and dirty went to the bathroom on the first floor before unloading my car and a gas station bathroom was cleaner than that. Get to the room and I couldn't determine whether or not my sheets were changed or not because they were so crinkled up. The bear looked like it was lower on one side and the other, and was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was OK, but I didn't need to scrub it down a little bit for my comfort letter, the corners look like they had not been scrubbed in forever. The floors did not look like they have been scrubbed at all, and the lamps in the room had never been wiped down, so yes, I will not be returning to the Barclay Towers.
