10.0We really enjoyed our stay at Princeville Aonang..stayed at Duplex Suite, it was clean and pleasant..Princeville employees are really professional and provided us with excellent service.. even before we check in and after we check out..the location is great and accessible..overall a great place to stay 👍👍👍

8.0I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. I’m giving them 4 stars because they allowed us to use their facilities after checking out and coming back from a tour. Pros: right smack in the middle of the action, very comfortable bed, and nice suites (they allowed us to use them - pics attached) Cons: no elevator, old pool, front desk ladies were not very friendly at check in.

10.0Staff seemed genuinely joyful to help and see us each day. We loved the jacuzzi room - a nice private spot for a dip whilst still accessing the larger pool for a swim. A great location to visit nearby islands, try different foods, and shop.
