Unfair billing policy
3.0The property was clean & comfortable.
− While the staff were very pleasant people, and the room was clean and welcoming, our stay was poisoned by a silly policy call. Due to a minor clerical error on my part, of reserving a room for Sunday 7/19 when our arrival was planned for 7/18. We arrived on the 18th and paid for the room apart from the reservation. I requested a refund from the hotel clerk & was told that she would put a request into Booking.com. Both Booking.com and the property have refused to refund the charge for the second day, while also collecting the first day's rental fee, where we only stayed for 1.
