− Dirty room (spider webs everywhere) Old furnitures. Toilets flush broken. Shower head broken. Covers had holes. Breakfast had almost nothing.
I had a good, safe place to sleep while I visited family.
7.0Microwave and refrigerator were well-maintained and sufficient for my purposes. Room was more spacious than expected. It was nice to have a table by the window, rather than just the one on the inside wall.
− I got the harbor view as promised, but there were a few telephone poles and wires that were in the way. The mattress was quite firm, more firm than I like; it could take up to one hour plus before I was able to fall asleep. A short note/placard on how to bring up popular or local TV channels would have been helpful.

− The property was a bit run down and felt as if it had been decorated right out of the 1940's . The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped.
