4.0La porte qui laisse passer le froid. Cloisons extrêmement fines. Interstices de la douche pleines de saletés.

10.0Un hôtel très propre avec un service dans les chambres rarement vu top et un personnel rare ont prend souvent les hôtels première classe c est la première fois que je trouve un première classe qui n y a rien à redire digne d un 3 étoile. Bravo Rouen
My head never even touched a pillow
2.0Scroll down the confirmation email and note that check in closes at 9pm. There's no way to get in, no one even answers the phone. Sadly our journey was delayed by an hour and the last thing on my mind was "I wonder if I'll be able to get in to the hotel at 9.30pm". So we fortunately found another hotel nearby. No experience of this hotel apart from poor communication and no telephone support.
