− They should clearly inform guests before they book that the hotel’s child age policy is 0–12 years old, while Booking.com’s child age policy is 0–17 years old. Because this difference is not clearly disclosed during the booking process, guests may unexpectedly be required to pay additional charges upon arrival.

10.0Muy buena la estancia. La cercania a la playa, variedad en el buffet, las instalaciones.
− Los shows, si bien las individualidades son muy buenas, faltaba un poco la direccion (animacion). El show de fuego y beach party lo mejor.
Do not waste your money going to this resort.
1.0The staff is great. They are very attentive and friendly.
− The rooms and the furniture are old and in need of upgrading. The whole resort needs an urgent renovation. There was mold in the hallway in the villa I was staying. The water in the bathroom is salty and horrible. The food in the buffet is disgusting and always the same. The buffet is crowded and the place feels like a school cafeteria. The beach is beautiful but you can't get lounge chair unless you get up at 5 am. The pool is too small for the resort and very crowded. The people that visit this resort are rude tourists from South America. I do not recommend this resort.
