− Que me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta sin ningún sentido. Me han dicho que será reembolsado, pero aún no lo he recibido. No entiendo porque no se me reembolsa de inmediato ya que ha sido un error de ellos o de sus sistemas y yo he sido el perjudicado.
