− I ended up not even staying. Within 30 minutes of being in the room my husband and I decided not to stay. The tv wouldn't connect to the wifi, and neither would my phone. The ac wouldn't kick on, it just blew warm air even after turning it all the way down. There was mold growing in the bathroom, and nasty spots all over the bathroom counter, and the tub. And there was what looked like human waste on the floor by the bed.

10.0The customer service was excellent. There was always someone ready to answer me on the phone and they accommodated my late arrival. Check out was also very smooth. The room was clean, and supplied with a functioning microwave and mini-fridge. There was also ample parking.
