10.0The staff was lovely. The facilities were excellent. I was traveling with my dog and they gave me a room with garden accesss. It's less than a 10 minute walk from Frenchman street. Far enough from the noise for a good night's rest, close enough to walk. Right next to thr central train lines and Louis Armstrong park.

− The pool towels were a little small but it was really warm out.
The staff and security was excellent.
6.0Quiet neighborhood
− They need to upgrade electronics and bathrooms need shower mats, spray for gnats and spiders and complimentary water in the rooms as well as continental breakfast. On the third floor, need caution signs to watch your head on the staircase.
