Schöne Anlage mit schlechtem Personal
4.0An sich schöne Anlage, gut gelegen zum nächsten Ort.
− Maximal überfordertes Personal in den Restaurants, das kaum Englisch spricht. Tische werden ewig nicht abgeräumt, es sieht immer unaufgeräumt und ungemütlich aus. Kinder am adult pool werden nicht weggeschickt, ist dem Personal einfach egal. Das Essen ist sehr teuer für die Qualität, die man erhält. Dass in einem Restaurant, das Ganzen gegrillten Fisch in einem 5 Sterne Hotel serviert, NIEMAND weiß, was ein Fischmesser ist, ist erschreckend. Für den Kaffee beim Frühstück muss man sich jedes Mal anstellen und mindestens 10 min warten. In anderen Hotels der gleichen collection wird man am Tisch bedient. Insgesamt ist das ganze Büffet Restaurant sehr ungemütlich, weil es einfach nur ein großer Raum ist (Terrasse ebenfalls). Das kann man definitiv besser gestalten. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall wieder buchen, das Hotel ist das Geld absolut nicht wert. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, dass ich nicht die erste mit den gleichen Beschwerden bin und sich anscheinend nichts ändert.

10.0Het is een groot resort waardoor het helemaal niet druk is. Ook bij het zwembad waren op elk moment van de dag nog bedjes beschikbaar. Het eten is onwijs lekker. Ruime keus bij het ontbijt en ook de andere maaltijden in de verschillende restaurants zijn heerlijk. Top locatie en goede sfeer.

4.0− Non posso dire di aver avuto l’esperienza che mi aspettavo. La struttura è nulla più che un vecchio Valtour ripresentata al pubblico con un nuovo nome.Fatta eccezione per la hall e l’ingresso che accolgono l’ospite all’arrivo,gli ambienti sia esterni che interni appaiono datati e privi di finiture di pregio Senza dubbio gli allestimenti sia in camera che in giro sono di rilievo,ma tutto qui. La mia esperienza:prenotato per una coppia con neonato( segnalato al momento della prenotazione anche perché avevamo richiesto una culla) all’arrivo il personale si mostra dispiaciuto vedendoci, perché avrebbero voluto cambiarci stanza,con addirittura l’upgrade,avendoci visti con la bambina,dato che la struttura…non beneficia di ASCENSORI!!!Ora,apprezzo il tentativo,ma avendo prenotato in anticipo non capisco perché se ne siano resi conto solo al momento del nostro arrivo.Senza dubbio dover affrontare tre rampe di scale per muoverci tra camera ,ristoranti e piscina,non ci ha reso il soggiorno molto agevole,dovendo di volta in volta sollevare la carrozzina a braccio.Abbiamo infine deciso di posteggiarla sistematicamente al deposito bagagli ma con notevole disagio,visto che comunque anche per spostarsi tra un ambiente e l’altro (non solo per l’accesso alle camere)bisognava affrontare spesso rampe di scale.O altrimenti effettuare un lungo giro tutto intorno al resort ,tra corridoi di servizio,per evitare le rampe. E non eravamo i soli ad avere questo problema,ovviamente.Come abbiamo notato,c’erano diverse famiglie con bimbi piccoli Tutto il resto,a nostro avviso,non a livello di un resort 5 stelle,dal cibo dozzinale (fatta eccezione per la colazione ,veramente buona) ai servizi.Es:siamo arrivati in piscina alle 18:30 (per ovvie ragioni vista la neonata al seguito)e non ci è stata data la possibilità di ritirare i teli mare.La piscina chiudeva alle 20:30 ma i teli,ci veniva risposto,vengono preclusi a partire dalle 18.
