10.0Nous avons séjourné au sporting resort Céfalu. Super acceuil en francais. Superbe logement avec balcon et vu sur Céfalu. Plage 5 minutes à pied avec relax et parasol gratuit . Super buffet.

Ottimo staff, ma colazione e percorso mare migliorabili
7.0La struttura è molto bella e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutto lo staff, i ragazzi dell'animazione, i bagnini e tutto il personale sono stati fantastici. .
− La colazione l'ho trovata un po' ripetitiva: purtroppo non variava mai e c'era sempre la stessa roba ogni giorno. Inoltre, la salita e la discesa per andare e tornare dal mare sono state piuttosto faticose e poco piacevoli; c'era la navetta, ma faceva un tratto davvero troppo breve.

8.0Las instalaciones, el personal, habitación y piscina.
− Los horarios de la piscina, no entiendo que cierre 2 horas a media día entre las 13h y las 15h y que cierre tan pronto por la tarde a las 19h, tampoco el horario del chiringuito de la playa cierra a las 18h. Para rematar entras haciendo el check in a las 17h , entre que te instalas, te pones el bañador no llegas al horario de la piscina, para rematar el check out es a las 10h , y aquí llega el detalle más feo que me he encontrado jamas en un hotel o apartamento vacacional , nuestro vuelo de vuelta salía por la tarde , hicimos el checkout a las 10h AM , solicitamos quedarnos disfrutando de la piscina hasta el medio día, con lo que pensábamos consumir algún refresco o cerveza en el bar del resort, pues bien la respuesta de la encargada fue que debíamos pagar 50€ por persona para disfrutar de las instalaciones y que incluye la comida, no podíamos quedarnos a comer por qué teníamos que ir un poco antes al aeropuerto, definitivamente no nos dejaron quedarnos si no pagábamos los 50€ por persona, conclusión haces el check in y no puedes disfrutar del piscina ese día y tampoco puedes disfrutar de la piscina el día que te vas. El detalle de querer cobraré prácticamente el precio de otra noche es una política abusiva y un detalle muy feo que desde luego deja mal sabor de boca al final de unas vacaciones estupendas.
