− There was anything I didn’t like.
Well-priced room in a convenient spot, however, do not rely on their shuttle service.
5.0Location: The hotel was perfectly situated for our travel needs. Price: The rates were very competitive and aligned well with our budget.
− Shuttle Reliability: We pre-scheduled a shuttle to the airport, but it did not arrive on time. While the front desk insisted "all was good," the driver later informed us that our trip had never actually been put on the schedule. This caused unnecessary stress during our departure. Additionally, they did not help with loading our luggage in the back. Cleanliness/Odors: The entire shuttle smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was a very unpleasant environment for a commute to the airport especially with kids.
