7.0El hotel en general esta muy bonito, instalaciones de lujo muy limpio comodo tienen smart tv, con aplicaciones como Netflix etc. y muy buena ubicación asi como el servicio del personal y valet parking. Todo de diez.
− Me gustaria que se pudiera agregar un mini refri en la habitación. Y se diera algun servicio de desayuno buffete incluido en el costo. Un inconveniente en mi estancia, por casi 7 horas se fue la luz por problemas ajenos al hotel, creo cuentan con planta de luz asi que las habitaciones tenían servicio de luz , pero no habia servicio de elevadores ni internet, también el agua fue un problema ya que se corto el suministro sugiero considerar algun plan de emergencia como tinacos o algo que permita al hotel seguir abastecido de agua al menos para lo básico que es el uso de los baños.

2.0El desayuno fue muy bueno. El gimnasio estaba agradable Buena ubicación Hubo camiones que nos llevaron a la salida del maraton Pusieron un desayuno temprano el dia de la carrera (café y fruta)
− Mal servicio en general. el cuarto tenia una ventana que no tenia vista no contaba con refrigerador pequeño solicite uno pero me fue negado Mobiliario viejo de las habitaciones Se fue la luz y el agua en el hotel durante varias horas Solicite un check in 1hr mas temprano porque traia a mi bebe y me fue negado Sin servicio de Concierge me informaron que tenia que ser cliente Premium para otorgarme ese servicio

− ls situacion que se vivio sin 7 horas sin luz y agua teniendo que cargar nosotros agua en cubetas yo estaba en el sexto piso teniendo al dia siguiente el maratón Lala
Muy caro para el servicio recibido.
6.0Los espacios en el lobby y en las habitaciones
− No tenian internet, y tardaron mucho en el check in, aun cuando ya habia hecho la reservación previamente por booking.com. Y además se interrumpió la luz eléctrica al estarme secando el cabello.
