Great staff...pleasant and always available and helpful!

− A few big beetles near the fire pit...need to spray. Could be a worse situation. I spoke to the front desk staff about. They were very responsive.

Disappointing Stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and across from a Costco. Unfortunately, the AC did not work in the room we were initially assigned. I went to the front desk to tell them and was told that 'it takes a while' and not to try to get it too cold and to give it a half hour. Note, it was registering at 75 degrees in our room. I made dinner but after about 45 minutes went back down to tell them it still wasn't on and eventually, after a big song and dance about it 'not being the same room type' they relented and gave us a new room. Which meant we had to pack everything up and move it to the new room, now at after 8 PM after a long day of driving. The new room was at least blessedly cool! And I guess they were reluctant because it was a 2-bedroom. At a full service hotel, I'd expect at least a drink voucher or coffee voucher, but since they charged $7 to park I kind of expected at least that to be comped - but nope. And on checkout when I had to explain why I had so many key cards I didn't even get a 'sorry about that!'. Disappointing service from a Marriott.

Reasonably priced option in Prescott

Very large room with kitchen facilities - great for a longer stay and for self-catering. Nice pool area.

− A 10-15min drive to downtown Prescott depending on traffic. Not many food options other than fast food nearby.

Beautiful Hotel

Very comfortable rooms and a nice warm pool with 2 hot tubs also a big kiddie pool.The staff was awesome we left a wallet and they called right away to get it back to us.

− A little to far from historical Prescott but I will stay there again . Oh yeah and a great breakfast.

Nice Hotel but Bad First Impression

This is a well maintained hotel and the public areas as well as our room were very clean. The room was comfortable and appeared recently updated with everything in good condition. The breakfast staff was friendly but had a limited assortment compared to other Residence Inns. Check in was a challenge. We did arrive 15 minutes before check in and was told our room wasn't ready which was understandable but it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our key so I don't think we were a priority. I asked them if they could wave the parking fee for the inconvenience but the female clerk argued with me that check in was at 4pm till I showed her that it was at 3pm, this is a training opportunity. In fairness the gentleman that checked us out did wave the fee. Overall I would stay here again.
