3.0The staff was excellent. Very courteous, both night shift receptionist and the morning staff.
− The room had a smell, not to mention loud music playing all night, and the hotel knew about it, yet gave that room. The next morning, the room was smelling of bacon and eggs.
Beware of the hotel shuttle.
7.0The location was near several stores and shops. The breakfast was nice and had several vegetarian options. The room was nice
− I booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. I waited for the shuttle for 20 minutes before calling the hotels front desk. I called 5 times for over 45 minutes and no one answered. I finally asked someone else to call from a local number and asked that the shuttle be sent. It took another 25 minutes before I reached the hotel. The shuttle service is misleading, because I requested the shuttle on my booking. But I was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes however it only goes to one of the 3 terminals. This was an inconvenience for my trip and I was stranded at the airport for over 2 hours. I had planned alternate transportation so I wouldn't lose my booking because it was already 11 pm when I was finally picked up by the shuttle driver.
