Impressed with the entire stay.
9.0There was a guest expert (or something like that) who went above and beyond when we checked in.
− The trash cans outside the hotel as well as in the lobby were overflowing. That’s the only thing I have that needs improvement.

9.0It was clean and the bed and the pillows very comfortable and it was great that there was a bath tub and not just a shower, which seems to be a problem with so many hotel rooms, even the nicer ones. There was a decent bar/reataurant in the building and food places within walking distance, though there wasn’t enough Vegan/Vegetarian food with the right amount of protein on any of the menus.

1.0− I was extremely disappointed with this visit. Twice I was awoken by staff knocking on my door. Wish I could be reimbursed. very disappointed in my stay.
