Fantastic Hotel
10.0Amazing hotel. Staff and facilities brilliant.
− Breakfast was the same every day for the 2 weeks .
Solid Choice for Tokyo
8.0Ripping mainstay, the lobby has been tastefully redecorated since I last visited two to three years ago. Common areas are lovely and the hotel is a convenient fifteen to twenty minute taxi ride from popular Tokyo neighborhoods like Ginza and Otomesando. The underground is in the same complex but is a good 8 to 19 minute walk from the hotel. Guest rooms lack in lighting and suffer a bit from dark wood finishing that dim the rooms. The breakfast area is understaffed and you often must wait for a seat as the limited staff cannot handle the morning rush. All in all, a solid choice in Tokyo - inoffensive, well located, but rooms could do with a refresh and the breakfast certainly could use some more servers and staff on hand. Not a “wow” but it is reliable and professional.
