1.0− I did not get to find out what I liked at Jonestown Inn because Booking.Com never sent them the information about my reservation, so I arrived at 11 pm with my elderly, wheelchair bound mother who is on oxygen only to find this out. The front desk agent informed me that this occurred to 5 other people who made reservations through Booking.Com and they were fully booked. Then I had to sit in my car with my elderly mother in torrential downpour and find another hotel. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME!! HOPE THE OTHER 5 PEOPLE GOT A DIFFERENT RESULT.
