1.0Location was close to where I wanted to go
− The property building and room were poorly maintained. My biggest issue was that my mattress was stained in so many places and was so filthy and beat up that it made me sick to think I had to sleep on it. I complain to the staff and beg them to help me or switch your room. They were not cooperative at all nor sympathetic. In addition the waffle maker was broken in the breakfast area. All they had was coffee Cheerios and cuppa noodles. This is a very low class poorly operating poorly maintained facility

1.0Meth head station, dirty room, poor rude staff. Cops patrolling parking area. Would not recommend this dump to my Ex-Wife

3.0Coffee was strong and the AC worked was able to park right outside the room
− The shower was dirty and very low water pressure. There was a big gap in the side of the door about 1/2 inch wide bugs got in. The bedspread was dirty and old.

3.0I didn’t bother with the breakfast. Didn’t care for the people hanging out smoking dope, asking for money outside the room. The lawn was just weeds. There’s an extension cord that runs from 300 feet from the laundry room to who knows where the curtains are full of awful holes.
It's better to spend more money on a clean safe property.
1.0The price point was nice. Close to concert
− It was extremely dirty! The room was smoking when I reserved non smoking. Upon opening the door you could see white spots on the comforter that was fresh and did not look like something I wanted to lay in.
