Kids enjoyed staying and the breakfast choices. The dining area was basically the lobby.
6.0Check in an out was okay. They allowed us to change the room immediately without trouble.
− The initial room smelled like the previous guest brought a dog and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Changed rooms. 2nd room smaller and a bit stuffy.

− Despite requested every morning to have my room cleaned, it was not cleaned at all. I have to go to the reception to request for new towels.
Air Outage/Room Change
8.0Had to request room change due to air going out in the room I reserved for my daughter. Luckily, they were able to transfer her to another room nearby. Although it was an inconvenience because it was after 10pm, I appreciate the swift accommodations made to ensure her comfort for the remainder of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

5.0Breakfast okay. Those so-called "omelets" weren't the greatest. Actually had real bacon one day. Oatmeal in the crock pot or whatever it was did not appear to be cooked. Looked like it needed some add'l water. Otherwise, I would have eaten. It looked the same on two consecutive days. Coffee fresh & hot. Glad to see they had orange juice and yogurt.
− I tried around nine in the morning on Sunday to request an early checkout. I wanted to leave a day early. I called Booking. com who contacted hotel. Don't know if the local hotel or corporate, but it was denied. NOT happy about that. So stayed the extra day when I would have loved to have started for home as I had a 5.5 hr drive
