6.0Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Bed very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. Pool and sauna was a nice touch and breakfast was good with good options
− Parts of the hotel very dated. My windows were screwed shut and it was very hot! Luckily I did have a fan and the bathroom window opened so it cooled down by around 10pm

10.0Had a fantastic couple of days it is a very relaxing place the bed was so comfy and so where the pillows the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a good choice the chef is recommended nisha was such a pleasant lady who did the breakfast order was smiling which was nice and made sure we had everything we needed, Sara was on front desk what a lovely friendly lady also smiling happy person and was so welcoming, Shabbir took our booking and did everything we needed and asked for the staff at haughton Hall are fantastic lovely people who work really hard to give the guests what they want calam is so professional and knows his job so well, the geounds are nice to walk in and we saw 2 deer from our bedroom window so nice to see will definitely return but for longer next time thank you for our lovely stay
