− The room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave like it stated on the app. False advertising. The WiFi was non existent. Horrible!

Horrible experience, everything was dirty, broken, or missing, and there were bugs everywhere.

− 1. There were cockroaches in the room 2. The Wi-Fi did not work at all 3. There were stains and footprint? on the bed 4. Area was a little sketch 5. Staff was not present at the front desk when we got there, had to wait for like 20 minutes 6. There was stains all over the bathtub 7. No shampoos 8. The key card barely works, takes forever to get in the room 9. Room smells bad 10. Everything is old and broken in the room, all basic amenities were missing (there was not even a trash can in the room)
