10.0If you’re looking for a boutique stay that feels homely and charming, Cleveland House Inn is for you. The location is one street away from Thames street in the heart of Newport, close to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Rick was very approachable and gave us heaps of local knowledge and recommendations. He also accommodated our last minute changes and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The included parking onsite was ideal as parking can be hard to come by in the area. Overall, couldn’t recommend more.

4.0The location of the hotel was perfect.
− The posting online stated AC was available. When we arrived to our room at around 3pm, the AC was not working and it was 80+ degrees inside the room and difficult to breathe. I asked if this could be fixed and the lady at the desk told me she will have someone look into it. It made it impossible to sleep or be comfortable especially since this room was $600 for one night.
